iBright™ CL750 Imaging System
The iBright™ CL750 Imaging Systemis a gel documentation system with specific channels for: chemiluminescent signals ; fluorescent signals excited by the green transilluminator (Fluorescent Transilluminator) ; fluorescent signals in gel (Nucleic Acid, Protein) ; and visible signals on opaque media. It also includes a Total Protein Normalization (TPN) channel. The system features a 9.1 MP cooled CCD camera, Smart Exposure technology, and Smart Range HDR. It has a simple interface with a 12.1-inch capacitive touchscreen and a large 22.5 x 18.0-cm field of view. A Green LED-based transilluminator is included as a UV alternative for DNA dyes.

Invitrogen iBright CL1500 Imaging System captures images and analyzes data from western blots and gels efficiently. It supports chemiluminescent and colorimetric western blots, fluorescent stained nucleic acid and protein gels, and colorimetric protein gels and membrane stains. It features a 9.1 MP cooled CCD camera, Smart Exposure technology, and Smart Range HDR for high sensitivity and dynamic range. Advanced automated features include automatic sample rotation, zoom, and focus, streamlining image capture. The system has a 12.1-inch capacitive touchscreen interface and a large 22.5 x 18.0-cm field of view for high-throughput imaging. It includes a Green LED-based transilluminator as an alternative to UV-based transilluminators. This model is upgradable to Fluorescence green, orange, far red, and near IR.
