iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System

Invitrogen iBright FL1500 Imaging System includes five fluorescence channels for multiplexing and capturing up to four proteins in a single blot. It supports fluorescent, chemiluminescent, and colorimetric western blots, as well as fluorescently stained nucleic acid and protein gels, and colorimetric stained protein gels and membrane stains. The system features a 9.1 MP cooled CCD camera for high sensitivity and dynamic range. Advanced automated features like automatic sample rotation, zoom, and focus streamline image capture. It has a simple interface with a 12.1-inch capacitive touchscreen and a large 22.5 x 18.0-cm field of view. A Green LED-based transilluminator is included as a UV alternative for DNA dyes.
