The Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System offers superior performance, maximum dye versatility, and security options in an easy-to-use real-time PCR system. It features proven OptiFlex technology (six decoupled channels/21 filter combinations with white LED) for improved data accuracy and sensitivity, and six independent VeriFlex temperature zones. This system supports 96-well 0.1 mL format. It includes built-in software features for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, secure cloud-based software, and an interactive touchscreen. It can detect changes in target quantity as small as 1.5-fold in single-plex reactions and obtain 10 logs of linear dynamic range.
