QuantStudio™ 1 Real-Time PCR System, 96-well, 0.2 mL, desktop

The Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 1 Real-Time PCR System features an 8.5-inch interactive touchscreen and a fixed 96-well, 0.2-mL isothermal block. It offers multiplexing capability with three excitation and emission filters (FAM, VIC, ROX). This system supports analysis via web browser or desktop computer and can detect differences as small as 1.5-fold quantities in singleplex reactions.
